I was blessed enough to be introduced to yoga in high school and I was addicted right away. I was fascinated by the mind-body connection and became an explorer of what that entails. I want to bring this feeling to everyone, regardless of their current lifestyle.

I have been practicing for 20 years now. I know that yoga not only heals, but how important it is to the prevention of injury both physically and mentally. My background consists of my 200hr at YogaWorks NYC and 300hr through Wanderlust Hollywood, which completes the Yoga Alliance 500hr certification. I studied with the likes of Carrie Owerko, Schuyler Grant, Noah Mazé, and Joan Hyman, as well as a workshop with Annie Carpenter.

My classes are creatively and intelligently sequenced while keeping in mind the parallels of our asana practice to what we can practice off the mat: balance between effort and ease to steady the vrittis. But don’t be fooled, I believe that everything is a tool if you choose to use it—I try not to take myself too seriously. Yoga is playful and full of exploration. Lets laugh! I also am trained by Hala Khouri in yoga for trauma and teach a more Hatha style class for a clinic in Pasadena.

Yoga satisfies my need for stillness . . . but cycling satisfies my need to party!

I teach indoor cycling at HYPE Silverlake in Los Angeles. Check out my Classes page or Instagram to find more info.
